Sound familiar?
You save everything. You use almost nothing.
I saved that article somewhere. I'll never find it again.
My notes live in five apps, a notebook and my email drafts.
I asked AI to write a post and it sounded like everyone else.
Every Sunday I mean to plan the week. Every Sunday I don't.
The real problem
It isn't discipline. It's the missing system. When every note has an obvious home, you keep capturing. When your notes are organised, AI can finally write from your ideas instead of the internet's. This kit gives you that system, already built, so you skip the weeks of trial and error.
What changes
One week with the kit.
About 30 minutes in total. Here's how a normal week runs.
- 1
Capture 2 min
Read something good? Drop the link and one line of thought into 00_Inbox. No decisions, no folders to pick.
- 2
Sort 20 min, Friday
Move each note to its numbered area. Fill the research brief template for the ones worth keeping.
- 3
Ask AI 5 min
Paste a brief into a prompt from the pack: "turn this into a LinkedIn post". You get a draft in your voice, built on your own notes.
- 4
Review 5 min
Read the weekly digest and your decision log. Monday starts with a clear list, not a blank page.
Before and after
The same notes. A different result.
| Task | Without a system | With the kit |
|---|---|---|
| Saving ideas | Scattered across apps and tabs | One inbox, one place |
| Finding them | Search, scroll, give up | Ten numbered areas you know by heart |
| Writing with AI | Generic text from a blank prompt | Drafts built on your own research |
| Weekly planning | Skipped again | A 5-minute digest and review |
What's inside

Questions
Before you buy
I've tried note systems before and gave up. Why is this different?
Most systems fail at the "where does this go?" moment. Here every note has one obvious home, and the routine takes about 30 minutes a week. Less thinking means you keep going.
I'm not technical. Can I still use it?
Yes. Core is just folders and templates: download, open in Obsidian, start writing. The n8n automations in Pro are optional extras.
Do I need to pay for Obsidian?
No. Obsidian is free for personal use and runs on Mac, Windows, Linux, iPhone and Android.
Which AI does the prompt pack work with?
Any assistant that takes pasted text, including Claude and ChatGPT.
Is my data private?
Yes. The kit is a set of files. Your vault stays on your own device, and we never see it.
What if it's not for me?
